Alright, so we are almost a week into this and so far I think we have had some fun. On a personal note it seems like this has been a good chance to kinda get to know some of you better.
Anyway its been awhile since I gamed pp style but its had me thinking, I was my old groups DM for about five years and I would like to as art a game. I like the character creation model in Lemons game and would like to use a similar version of those rules.
As for setting I will be using a generic universe that's based on your basic d&d creatures and classes.
I would like to have five players max and would require that their be a certain party build, the following is my list of PC's needed for my adventure
1.fighter
2.fighter
3.mage
4.theif
5. Cleric
The cleric gets to start at level two, and I always take care of priests in my game. Fighters beware, I never feel sorry for you guys so expect lots of rough stuff and not a real whole lot in the way of magic loot. Theives and roguish players beware, I run my game like the real world, if you get caught you do time or sway for it, magic users in my game are considered few and far between so your a special breed most people are Leary of your kind and you always receive a penalty to your initial reaction rolls from other people.
I have ran this particular game before so I know it well enough to make it fun and fairly fast pased. It begins during the middle of a harsh winter and a fierce war between invading orcs and a small human kingdom, thinking that your a comfortable distance from any real fighting you are caught by surprise when the captain of the town watch asks you to ride out and warn the outlying farmers and villagers of the approaching orcs word has arrived that the defending kingdom lost a key position and that very soon the orcs will be upon the entire country side.
That's the gist of how my game starts if you guys would be interested in allowing this let me know, thanks and happy hunting.
