I want to change the game to not have to roll for stuff. Your characters are pretty established and I can guide you on story and NPCs and make the game more story driven which works well (like Sloth's).
You can keep and combine items for use as weapons or tasks like climbing.

Sloth does roll I believe, he just checks on our behalf rather than us doing it...It may be situational dependent of course

it would be a removal of rolls during actions against NPCs. it would remove the random element to a great degree.
im considering leaving rolls so you guys can roll to between yourselves if you decide to fight each other or if you need to climb or destroy objects.

That might work as long as the action is plausible - A halfing saying " I punch the ogre on the jaw and he falls down unconcious" is not going to wash, NPC or no....but creative writing involcing a pogo stick and two loaves of dwarf bread might
