Name is Derrick or des and I am a handsome and perceptive 6'1" 200lbs rogue human who suffers from extreme vertigo and apparently is shit at maths. I have a long blonde pony tail, short beard and a slightly disheveled appearance. I carry a long bow and a scimitar and wear leather armour and have 5 good in my pocket. I am known to deftly assault my enemies when required but more long to because I will struggle to count how many there are.
Stats Strength - 14 (base + 1 for race + 5) Dexterity - 14 (base +1 for race + 5) Constitution - 12 (base + 4) Intelligence - 10 (base + 2) Wisdom - 10 (base - 1 for race + 3) Charisma - 10 (base - 1 for race + 3)
Being the rouge that I am very quiet about my back story but I try to avoid being recognised and try to hide from authority figures whenever I can.

Name: Atlas (sod off, its the name I use for every character I ever make in anything ever.) Race: Human Class: Fighter Age: 26 Height: 5'11 Weight: 191lbs/87kg Stats:Strength -15 (+1) Dexterity -13 Constitution -14 (+1) Intelligence -9 (-1) Wisdom -12 Charisma -6 (-1) Points Cost: 9+6+7+3+5+0 Bonus: Brave + Historical Knowledge Drawbacks: Fear of water Equipment - Backpack Gold: 5g - 20m of rope + climbing hook - 5 days rations - Blanket - Mail (30g) - One handed Sword (25g) - Mid length. Would it be cheating to give it the slight extra hilt and wide pommel to make 2 handing it an option? - Dagger (10g) - Caestus (15g) Background: (I'm assuming this is for fun and won't be character knowledge ) Short version: Prizefighter turned Order soldier turned deserter Long version: That would be telling! Appearance:
- I really wish I could just post a picture of my Dragon Age character. - Dark blonde hair, middling length (picture standard fantasy bullshit) - Green eyes - Typical stocky soldier build - Slightly crooked nose - Mildly weathered face - Look, if you've ever seen a default male character in a video game you know what I'm getting at. Clothing wise because dress-up is fun: - Mail is mostly hidden under a short surcoat and a weathered cloak - The surcoat is dyed a dark blue, and the perceptive among you will notice the remains of where a device was stitched - Other clothing is muted browns and greens. - Simple rope necklace with a hidden talisman tucked under the mail - Standard old soldier trope of the worn clothing look but the clean mail and oiled sword of someone who takes care of their kit. - Cestus are a bit battered. I'm going with the idea of cestus being simple studded gloves instead of a Spartacus-esque monstrosity. And a bit of fun I stole from the writer of PvP to sum up a character. Again player, not character knowledge : What does he want: Direction What does he need: Gold And that's my character. Inform me of any mistakes or amendments you feel need to be made to make everything gel

Awesome stuff Funny Badger - if you don't mind posting your character name and maybe some basic details of appearance for the rest of us to work with, that's it. Your character is good to go . Southpaw - That was superb, brilliant write up. Though I won't allow the slightly larger one handed blade being used as a two hander. If you want two handed, you pay for it .

Name: [unpronounceable] Nickname at home: bloody [unpronouceable] Travelling alias: The Surgeon.
Male lizardfolk, blood cultist who explores the mysteries of biology by earning his keep as an itinerant bonesetter and surgeon, using his command over blood to keep his patients from bleeding out while he fixes them. The rigors of early experimentation and the learning of his trade required massive amounts of blood to be expended from him for such a purpose, leaving him physically frailer than normal, and prone to bouts of anemia. Even so, the process has given The Surgeon nerves of steel and the daring to get in and get the job done, while the need to conserve his own blood while stabilizing patients has led him to optimize his skillset so that he can get the job done and be back on his feet in no time (fatigued, brave, fast healer).
Physically, he is of slightly under average height compared to a human, and practically rail thin, weighting only 50 kilograms. He is of normal strength, having had to learn to make the most of what little physicality he can muster, and to operate under heavy exhaustion due to blood expenditure. His scaly hide is mostly of sickly, bonelike tones, with several grooves carved in patterns along the scales, through which blood flows freely towards his hands to evaporate ina red mist when he expends it to generate magickal effects. He generally wears travel-worthy red robes of some kind, and is usually stripped to the waist. He walks barefoot and his eyes are golden.
Personality-wise, The Surgeon is curious, particularly as relating to living things, and generally behaves in an ethical manner, but will seldom hesitate to utterly destroy threats to his person, usually in gruesome manners. He considers the body and its component parts as merely the soul's conveyance through, and intrface with, the physical world, and so he has few compunctions or taboos regarding the utilization and manipulation of organic matter, although he will respect individuals who have not wronged him, and accordingly refrain from traumatically modifying them. Although he does not advertise the fact, what most would consider torture is also something he has experience with and few qualms in exercising should the need present itself.
STR 10 DEX 12 CON 11 INT 12 WIS 16 CHA 8
Gear: 1-handed hammer, dagger, surgical tools, medical kit, travel journal and writing implements.
What does he want? Knowledge.
What does he need? To survive.

Name: Al-Ghurab (The Raven), that's his "professional name", not telling you his given one (I don't actually have one) and he doesn't really know his name given at birth himself...if he even was given one. Race: Human. Male. Class: Rogue. Age: 45-48ish. Maybe more, maybe less. Height: 6 foot. Weight: 85 kg / 187 lbs Stats:STR 10 DEX 14 Con 12 Int 12 Wis 14 Cha 8 Bonus: Perceptive, Light footed Drawbacks: Junkie Equipment:Rope and climbing hook 5 days food Blankets Daggers x 2 Light crossbow Armour: Padded Bard's Flower - One cup worth 35 gold Background:
Al-Ghurab is from the desert lands to the *insert direction* of *insert land name*. What village, town city and even country he is from he is unsure of. As a young child he was adopted by a small, reclusive religious order high in the mountains of *insert nation*. The reason for this Al-Ghurab does not know, history is history after all. Al-Ghurab was put to work in the temple of the religious order from an early age, carrying out errands and menial tasks for the priests and leaders. With age he took on more responsibility in the temple until he had some power and influence over the daily running and order of things. As his responsibilities grew, so did his freedom. Previously he was forbidden to leave the temple grounds and had very limited access to the outside world. His new responsibilities saw him travel to near by towns, cities and harbours to take care of business for the temple. The more he travelled the more his sense of adventure grew, until he decided one day, in a flash of inspiration, he decided to stow away on a ship and see where he ended up. With very little skills that would allow him to make an honest living, Al-Ghurab, turned to the life of a rogue; robbing, cat-burglary, extortion, blackmail and anything that would put money in his pocket. Appearance:
See picture. But it's a bit nippy here so long sleeves and trousers legs.
Black, slightly greying hair. Getting a bit wrinkly. Blood shot eyes. What does he want: Drugs, gold and more drugs! What does he need: Rehab

An opium addicted slightly elderly arabic hitman raised by a war lord but set off on his own path which involved taking rubies and leaving ruby coloured sand? What's this Fantasy-Islamaphobia!!! Well, fine I'll be a poor, blond haired, blue eyed farm boy that the prophets have declared will save the kingdom from the evil Necromancer and his all singing dancing band of imps!
